Brain review (.../brain-review) lists knowledge nodes that need human review—typically low-confidence classifications or REVIEW_QUEUE handling.
Reviewers with org:prompts:edit can approve, reject, or reclassify nodes. Counts are available via .../brain/review/counts API.
This is separate from the prompt lifecycle review queue (workspace prompts in in_review).
