Prompt Refine with AI is the guided, one-shot refinement flow. You paste or load a prompt, describe what to improve, and receive an updated draft you can save—without opening a multi-turn chat first.
This is different from Refine Agent, which is built for back-and-forth iteration in a conversation.
Step 1
Open the refine wizard
Personal: **Library** → create or open a prompt → **Refine with AI**, or **New prompt** with `start=refine` at `/dashboard/library/newPrompt`. Organization: **Create & refine** at `/dashboard/organization/{orgId}/create-refine`.
Step 2
Select workspace (organization)
On org Create & refine, choose the workspace that should own the draft. Policies, attachments, and the saved prompt inherit that workspace scope.
Step 3
Describe improvements
Enter your goals—clarity, tone, structure, variables, or safety. The wizard sends a refine request and shows the improved text.
Step 4
Save or continue
Save to the library from the wizard, or use **Continue in Refine Agent** for multi-turn edits at `/dashboard/organization/{orgId}/refine-agent` (org) or `/dashboard/refine` (personal).
