Connectors in organizations

Enable connectors, OAuth, sync, search classified knowledge, and org-level governance.

Open Connectors (labeled {Org} Brain in the sidebar) at /dashboard/organization/[id]/connectors.

Admins can:

  • View available MCP connectors
  • Connect via OAuth (PUT connector config, connect endpoints)
  • Trigger sync to ingest knowledge
  • Search classified knowledge across sources
  • Review generated templates before team use

Connector management uses organizationBrainService and marketplace MCP infrastructure. Each integration is governed at organization level—not per-user like Personal Brain.

  1. Step 1

    Enable a connector

    Choose a source (e.g. Notion, Slack) and complete OAuth authorization.

  2. Step 2

    Run sync

    Sync ingests documents into knowledge nodes; progress appears in the sync status banner.

  3. Step 3

    Review flagged items

    Nodes with REVIEW_QUEUE handling appear in Brain review until approved.

  4. Step 4

    Use templates

    Accept generated templates to add governed prompts derived from org knowledge.
