What owner, admin, editor, reviewer, and viewer can do in a workspace.

Workspace membership uses five roles (lowest to highest capability for content):

viewerView prompts and run where policy allows
editorCreate and edit prompts; submit for review
reviewerApprove/reject lifecycle transitions; publish where allowed
adminManage members, policies (workspace), deprecate prompts
ownerFull workspace control including ownership transfer

Enterprise permission levels also map to view, edit, publish, and export for fine-grained checks.
