Most members interact with:
- Library — browse and search org prompt assets; filter by linked workspace when needed
- Collections — personal or org collections they can access
- Templates (prompt catalog) — reusable org templates
- Playground & Refine — test and improve prompts within policy limits
- Security scanner — scan content before sharing or publishing
Members without org:settings:manage do not see sensitive admin items such as org policy editing, retention configuration, or identity setup. Reviewers and editors with org:prompts:edit may access review queue and brain review.
