PromptPal uses plan features to gate capabilities such as workspaces, team features, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, retention policies, and approval workflows.

An organization is the enterprise tenant (control plane). Workspaces under that org hold prompts, members, and workspace-level policies. Individual users without an org use the personal dashboard only.
